Sephora University is dedicated to educating our product consultants in all things beauty-full. So when you have a burning beauty question, we're here to help.

All consultants attend the Science of Sephora-a four-day course that educates on the science of skincare, haircare, makeup, fragrance, and general beauty know-how. Those who wish to go beyond this primping primer enroll in Encore-advanced classes that certify consultants in skincare, color, and fragrance. (To find our bona fide beauty connoisseurs, look for those with "expert" pins in stores.)

No matter how many SU courses they've taken, all of our consultants love to flaunt their beauty facts and dish on tips with clients in stores. They'll outfit you with the latest must-have makeup gem and even show you how to customize current trends to work with your best features. Want smoky eyes? The perfect pout? A flawless complexion? Just ask. Helping you achieve beauty nirvana is what they love-and have learned-to do.

Sephora University also focuses on what's going on behind the scenes to make certain our organization (and your shopping experience) is picture-perfect-inside and out. Accordingly, Sephora's management teams and Field Support Center get special SU attention, too, to ensure we're on top of the latest and most innovative ways to run our business.

One of the beauty bigwigs at Sephora University, Aimee is the ultimate tour guide for maneuvering through Sephora's immense, glamorous campus of skincare products. That's because she develops and maintains the programs that dictate how our stores treat you—and your skin. This includes Sephora University courses like Science of Sephora, Skincare Encore, and Skincare PhD—in-depth training sessions that come to life through in-store consultations. (These one-on-ones help clients find the singular best solutions out of the hundreds that are available.) Overwhelmed or unexperienced fragrance shoppers can also thank Aimee for Scentsa, the in-store touch-screen kiosk that recommends the perfect perfume for your style and tastes. Aimee (who started as a temporary receptionist over five years ago!) keeps the Sephora shopping experience fresh, relevant, and unparalleled by continuously studying industry articles, client surveys, and market reports and trends. "Skincare can be a very complex and overwhelming area to shop," she says. "My job is to help our cast help our clients navigate our vast selection."
